    Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator

    **Location:** Hamilton, OH

    Pay Range:

    **Shift:** Fri/Sat/Sun 6am-6pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision parts.

    + Ensure parts meet strict quality standards by accurately reading and interpreting measurements and technical drawings.

    + Complete all required documentation, including quality forms and inspection reports, with precision.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and ISO requirements.

    + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and optimize machine performance.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 15 years of experience operating CNC machines or similar precision machining equipment.

    + Proficiency in reading CNC prints and understanding tolerances down to .000.

    + Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

    + Familiarity with machine controls (start, stop, E-stop) and basic troubleshooting skills.

    + High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred.
