    Our client in Marlborough MA, is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Assembler l to join their team.

    Job Title: Electro/Mechanical Assembler l

    + **Location: Marlborough, MA**

    + **Pay Range: $20 - 22.00 Hr - weekly pay**

    + **1st Shift : 7 am - 3pm**

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Build, assemble, and test electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and system-level hardware.

    + Perform in-process testing, complete Device History Records, and support reconditioned hardware as needed.

    + Follow assembly procedures, test procedures, and mechanical drawings accurately.

    + Maintain compliance with Hologic policies (QSR, ISO, EH&S) and participate in internal audits.

    + Support packaging, training, workplace safety, and other manufacturing functions as required.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.

    + Proficiency with hand tools, basic mechanical inspection equipment, and electrical test equipment.

    + Ability to read and follow written instructions and mechanical drawings.

    + Knowledge of manufacturing compliance standards (QSR, ISO, EH&S).

    + Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
