    Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an experience Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting the payroll operations team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Payroll Specialist - US

    **Location:** Beloit, WI

     

    Pay Range: 70K - 85K

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage high volume payroll cycles on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis

    + Ensure compliance with payroll tax obligations and statutory requirements across multiple US states

    + Handle year-end payroll processing and reporting

    + Utilize SAP and ADP Globalview systems to process payroll accurately and efficiently

    + Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP and/or ADP Globalview systems

    + At least 5 years of US payroll processing experience

    + Experience processing payroll across 5+ US states

    + Knowledge of payroll tax obligations and statutory compliance

    + Ability to manage high volume payroll cycles with accuracy and timeliness
