Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Supervisor

**Location:** Cincinnati, OH

**Pay Range:** between $36-$40

Shift:1st

Note: This is a 2-3 Months project

What's the Job?

+ Lead front-line teams in daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

+ Coordinate production activities across departments to achieve timely and cost-effective results.

+ Monitor and establish shift performance metrics, including safety, quality, and productivity.

+ Enter and analyze production data to measure KPIs such as efficiencies, downtime, and inventory levels.

+ Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment using lean techniques like 5S.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.

+ Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.

+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night schedules.
