We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst specializing in business requirements to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into comprehensive requirements. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
Job Title: Business Analyst with Supply Chain experience
Pay Range: $45/hr on W2
What’s the Job?
+ **Gather and Analyze Requirements:** Collaborate with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
+ **Create Documentation & Artifacts:** Develop clear business requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows (business, user, and journey) to support solution design.
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Identify key stakeholders, document responsibilities, impacted areas, and end-user personas, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
+ **Bridge Business and Technology:** Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications and successful delivery of solutions.
+ **Support Project Execution:** Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to validate deliverables, maintain compliance with policies and standards, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
What’s Needed?
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
+ Basic understanding of system and software design and development
+ Strong knowledge of project management practices, process interviewing and mapping, and project scope documentation techniques.
+ Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data and establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
+ Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment; demonstrate flexibility and initiative; coordinate multiple activities and tasks.
+ Ability to use appropriate modeling techniques and build business cases.
+ Demonstrates effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrates highly effective interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to bring multiple groups together to agree on project scopes and build consensus.
+ Skilled at planning, scheduling, and organizing work priorities; collaborating; identifying and implementing best practices
+ Self-led and able to seek out answers to questions by leveraging relationships and business/technical documentation; ability to ask questions to gather information and clarify requirements
+ Ability to exercise sound judgment; demonstrate flexibility and initiative; coordinate multiple activities and tasks
+ Knowledge of Microsoft systems: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
