    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Kettle Operator to join their team. As a Kettle Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the food manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Kettle Operator

    **Location:** Fort Worth, TX

    **Pay Range:** $19.05

    **Shift:** 2:30pm - 12:00am, Monday through Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.

    + Apply knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.

    + Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions.

    + Follow strict safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    + At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or related role.

    + Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
