+ Support startup and validation of **custom-built control panels and automation equipment**
+ Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, controls, and communication issues in live production environments
+ Modify, optimize, and maintain **PLC and HMI programs** to improve performance, reliability, and usability
+ Support **data collection, system monitoring, and basic analytics** to improve process visibility
+ Interpret and apply **electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and system documentation**
+ Design and modify control circuits and hardware layouts to improve system performance and serviceability
+ Implement system upgrades, retrofits, and technology improvements as customer needs evolve
+ Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams
+ Train operators, maintenance teams, and junior engineers on system operation and troubleshooting
+ Document changes, lessons learned, and best practices for future projects
Technical Skills That Matter

+ Familiarity with **AutoCAD** , TIA Portal, and Rockwell software environments
What Makes You a Good Fit
+ You enjoy being **hands-on** and solving problems in the field
+ You’re comfortable working independently at customer sites
+ You communicate well with customers, technicians, and engineers
+ You like seeing projects through from install to stable operation
+ You’re adaptable and enjoy variety rather than repetitive work
Experience & Education
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in **Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field** (or equivalent hands-on experience)
+ **3-5+ years** of experience in:
+ Controls systems installation and support
+ PLC programming and troubleshooting
