    Assignment Dates:** **January 5, 2026 – June 1, 2026

     

    Pay Rate:** **$20 per hour

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and hardworking **Hiring Center Coordinator** to support recruitment and onboarding operations at our Hiring Center in **Schertz, TX** . This **temporary role** supports business growth and serves as a primary point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the hiring process.

     

    Reporting to the Manager, HR & Talent Acquisition, the Hiring Center Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of recruiting processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and new hires.

    + Coordinate and support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, from job requisition approval through new-hire status.

    + Organize and maintain job postings and applications within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    + Schedule and coordinate interviews and onboarding logistics, including job-site requirements.

    + Conduct interviews as needed and assist with candidate selection processes.

    + Complete I-9 and E-Verify processes in compliance with federal regulations.

    + Perform background checks and other pre-employment screenings.

    + Provide applicant support and troubleshoot ATS-related issues.

    + Assist recruiters with tracking candidate activity and generating reports.

    + Perform accurate data entry and maintain candidate records.

    + Support special HR projects, including onboarding initiatives, diversity initiatives, and recruitment strategies.

    + Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.

    + Stay current on best practices and trends in recruitment.

    + Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed to support the Hiring Center team.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field **preferred** , **or**

    + **3+ years of experience** as a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Manager, or similar role.

    + Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment law compliance.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS); **Workday experience is a plus** .

    + Bilingual in **English and Spanish** (required/preferred).

    + Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.

    + High attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities.
