    Job Description:

    Summary: PMO / Reporting Lead / Project Coordinator

    Role Summary

    The PMO / Reporting Lead manages calendars, deliverables, reporting cadence, and operational rhythm for cost control services across Mega Campus programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Own cost control calendars, SLA timelines, and deliverable tracking.

     

    Manage monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting cadence.

     

    Coordinate inputs across Cost Control, Finance, and Construction teams.

     

    Produce executive-ready dashboards and reports.

     

    Track commitments, actions, and dependencies across the cost control team.

     

    Ensure predictable, on-time delivery of all cost control outputs.
