    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Welder

    **Location:** Bremen, OH

    **Pay Range:** $21 - $27 Based on Experience

    **Shift: 1st Shift:** Monday - Thursday 6am - 4pm; Friday 6am - 2pm

    **3rd Shift:** Sunday - Wednesday 8pm - 6am; Thursday 10pm - 6am (possible Friday OT)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform MIG welding with high heat to join metal components accurately and efficiently.

    + Complete weld tests to ensure quality standards are met and maintain safety protocols.

    + Operate welding equipment and tools, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience with MIG welding, especially with high heat applications.

    + Ability to pass a weld test demonstrating welding proficiency.

    + Own hood required for weld testing.

    + Steel toe shoes with metatarsal protection (internal or external are acceptable).

    + Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
