Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Python ML Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Python ML Engineer, you will be part of the Data Science and AI Development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for innovative solutions, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Python ML Engineer

**Location:** Austin, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range: Best in the segment on W2

What's the Job?

+ Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level designs into detailed technical solutions.

+ Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality project delivery within Agile frameworks.

+ Design, architect, and deploy cloud-native applications on platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or GCP.

+ Integrate AI-driven tools and models into existing systems to enhance data analytics, visualization, and automation capabilities.

What's Needed?

+ Extensive hands-on experience with Python programming.

+ At least 10 years of leadership experience in software development.

+ Proven expertise in AI/ML model development and deployment.

+ Strong knowledge of development systems, system design, and cloud-native architectures.

+ Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, Aerospike, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
