Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Cycle Counter to join their team. As a Cycle Counter, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Cycle Counter

**Experience:** 1-2 years of Cycle Counting/Inventory experience

**Location:** Union, OH

**Pay Range:** $19.50-$21.50

**Shift:** 1st (6a-2:30p) or 3rd (11p-6:30a) Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

+ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts by bin, SKU, or zone to ensure inventory accuracy.

+ Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to supervisors promptly.

+ Update inventory records accurately in WMS or ERP systems to maintain data integrity.

+ Assist with full physical inventory counts as needed to support operational goals.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following all safety regulations and SOPs.

What's Needed?

+ 1-2 years of Cycle Counting/Inventory experience

+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

+ Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS or ERP).

+ Ability to lift 40–60 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.

+ Basic math skills and proficiency with computers.

+ Forklift or order picker certification is optional but preferred.
