Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Picker Packer

**Location:** Ewing, NJ

Pay Range: 20-23 HR

Shift: 7-3:30 M-F

What's the Job?

+ Gathering products for orders and ensuring accuracy

+ Packing and boxing products correctly to fulfill orders

+ Processing orders via Epicor, including printing packing slips and shipping labels

+ Cleaning and tidying the workspace to maintain a safe environment

+ Completing required paperwork within designated timelines

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or industrial roles

+ High School diploma or GED

+ Strong reading and communication skills

+ Experience with UPS and FedEx Ship Manager systems

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
