    Our client is seeking a SAP Process Specialist to join their team. As a SAP Process Specialist, you will be part of the Operations and Data Management teams supporting cross-functional collaboration and data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** SAP Process Specialist

    **Location:** Racine, Wisconsin - Onsite

    **HOURS:** 20 hours per week, could have opportunities to move to 40 or pick up extra hours

    **Duration** : 6+ months (with possible extension)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and manage the setup and maintenance of Customer Master Data within SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with governance rules.

    + Collaborate with sales, planning, and consulting teams to facilitate new pricing and special pack projects.

    + Review and validate new finished goods creation requests, including assigning UPC codes and attaching relevant art files in SAP PLM.

    + Partner with IT and shared services to develop and implement data discontinuation and obsolescence strategies.

    + Support the coordination of special pack activities between teams, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and validation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Accounting, Logistics, or related disciplines.

    + 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly in customer/vendor data, product data, or project management.

    + Experience maintaining user documentation and tracking logs for data management processes.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

    + Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with cloud systems and help ticket platforms is a plus.
