Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Scheduler to join their team. As a Manufacturing Production Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production planning and scheduling teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Production Scheduler

**Location:** Torrance, CA

Pay Range: $25/hr plus OT, benefits

What's the Job?

+ Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date fidelity on finish dates.

+ Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations.

+ Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned.

+ Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).

+ Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution.

What's Needed?

+ At least 1 year of experience in scheduling or related supply chain/manufacturing fields.

+ Strong organizational and planning skills.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Experience with production management tools and systems.

+ Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
