    Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Complaint Investigations Tech to join their team. As a Complaint Investigations Tech, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the complaint investigation and laboratory testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Complaint Investigations Tech

    **Location:** Alameda, CA

     

    Pay Range: $31/hr

     

    Shift - 1:30pm - 10pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system in accordance with industry standards.

    + Perform routine physical, chemical, or functional testing on products returned from the field due to customer complaints, utilizing various lab equipment.

    + Summarize and record all test data accurately, maintaining proper documentation of laboratory work.

    + Support timely processing of customer returns in compliance with ISO and FDA QS regulations.

    + Assist in maintaining compliance with regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Good written and oral communication skills.

    + Knowledge of laboratory practices, including handling chemicals and biohazardous materials.

    + Ability to work in a team environment and follow standard operating procedures.

    + Willingness to learn and support complaint investigations if needed.
