As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned cruise operations areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will engage with guests and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the cruise operations location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches of site-specific protocols.

+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

+ Collaborate with other team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment for all guests and staff.

+ Assist in implementing emergency response protocols as required by site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
