    Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Powder Coater / Painter positions located at Hamilton, OH 45015.     + Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (Overtime possible on Fridays)

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate powder coating and paint spray systems in a manufacturing environment

    + Hang and unhang parts for coating

    + Run and monitor curing ovens and ensure proper bake cycles

    + Change powders/paints and adjust spray equipment

    + Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications

    + Assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance of coating equipment

    + Follow all safety procedures and wear all required PPE

    Requirements:

    + 1–5 years of experience in powder coating, painting, or similar manufacturing roles

    + Manufacturing environment experience required

    + Ability to read and follow work instructions and machine drawings

    + LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) training required

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted

    + Frequent use of hands and arms

    + Good visual acuity, including color, distance, and detail

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
