**Job Title** : Inside Sales Sales Support Specialist
Customer Retention Specialist, Digital Sales
**Location:** Westminster, CO (Onsite – 4 days/week)
**Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire
**Duration:** 6 Months
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MT (40 hours/week)
The Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for improving customer satisfaction and reducing churn by proactively engaging customers, resolving issues, and identifying renewal risks. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
+ Make outbound calls/messages to address renewal concerns
+ Resolve customer issues independently with minimal escalation
+ Negotiate with customers to overcome adoption barriers
+ Document customer interactions in Salesforce
+ Analyze data to identify retention trends
+ Collaborate with Sales and Support teams
Requirements
+ 5+ years of customer service, retention, or sales experience
+ Fluency in Spanish (required); Portuguese preferred
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
+ Salesforce experience
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Must live within 1 hour of the Westminster office
**Pay Details:** $27.00 per hour
