    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and analyze abstract title examinations for:

    • Liens, encumbrances, judgments, and vesting

    • Deed preparation and legal descriptions.

    • Other title-related issues

    • Understand and process:

    • Payoffs, real property taxes

    • Voluntary and involuntary lien extinguishment requirements

    • Take corrective actions to clear title conditions using underwriting guidelines applicable to all 50 states (experience in Texas (TDI), Florida, and Georgia is a plus).

    • Work directly with lenders, creditors, and third parties to resolve title matters and facilitate issuance of title insurance.

    • Conduct heavy research to identify and resolve complex title issues.

    **Required Skills** :

    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.

    • Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay: $22/hr.

     

    Shift: Remote Role // 9:00 AM-6 PM CST Mon- Fri Irving TX 75063

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
