Adecco is hiring 1st-shift Production Temps for a well-established glass manufacturing company in Kingsburg, CA, starting at $18 per hour. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Associates will primarily remove finished glass products from conveyor lines, complete quality checks, and support daily manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain a safe work environment by consistently wearing required PPE, practicing safe work behaviors, and reporting any safety concerns to a supervisor.

+ Understand and follow all job instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Job Element Sheets (JES).

+ Follow 5S procedures and complete general housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and organized.

+ Remove finished product from conveyor lines and prepare items for packing or distribution.

+ Inspect equipment, materials, and products to identify issues, defects, or errors.

+ Judge product quality and make necessary adjustments in accordance with SOPs and JES guidelines.

+ Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and internal departments.

+ Understand and execute daily run schedules; identify and escalate quality issues promptly.

+ Regularly walk, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift while performing tasks such as quality checks, packing, and supporting team workflow.

+ May be required to lift up to 50 lbs, and repetitively lift up to 35 lbs while twisting at waist level.

Qualifications:

+ Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

+ Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
