1 st Shift- Remote- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $50k-$60k Annually based on experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with multiple corporations and demonstrate a strong ability to manage intercompany transactions and fund transfers.
Position Details:
- Remote: 100% work-from-home; must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping for multiple corporations
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transfers and fund allocations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance across entities
- Prepare reports, track expenses, and support management with financial analysis
- Assist with payroll, refunds, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for all bookkeeping and reporting functions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with multi-corporation bookkeeping
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- In-depth knowledge of intercompany transactions and fund transfers
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
