    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Nights. No Weekends

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time

    $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

    **Salary Range: $53,000–$82,000 annually** _(based on experience, license, and education)_

    We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated **Outpatient Social Worker** to join our behavioral health team onsite in Mesa. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced clinicians who want to grow their career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

     

    You’ll support individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions through counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide individual, group, and family counseling

    + Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client outcomes

    + Utilize evidence-based interventions for mental health, substance use, and crisis needs

    + Provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines

    + Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system

    + Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

    What We’re Looking For

    + Active Arizona license required through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LMSW or LCSW required)

    + New graduates welcome

    + Experience in outpatient, mental health, substance use, or crisis settings a plus

    + Passion for serving diverse populations using recovery-oriented, client-centered care

    + Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills
