Position Overview:

The Luxury Packing Supervisor oversees a team of 30–40 associates responsible for the precise packing of premium products to meet brand quality and presentation standards. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines. The supervisor ensures that production goals are consistently achieved without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of 30–40 packing associates to maintain high performance, accuracy, and quality.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all items are packed to exact luxury standards, with flawless presentation and product protection.

• Production Management: Monitor daily output and performance metrics, ensuring teams meet the target of at least three luxury packs per hour.

• Planning & Coordination:

• Prepare and execute daily packing plans based on order volume and priorities.

• Collaborate with Inbound, Inventory, and System Support teams to ensure product availability and accurate system transactions.

• Communication:

• Maintain clear and timely communication with leadership and cross-functional departments regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Report production updates, issues, and improvement opportunities to management.

• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflow or packaging methods and recommend process enhancements.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure associates follow company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment; luxury product or high-value item experience preferred.

• Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills under tight deadlines.

• Effective communicator capable of leading large teams and coordinating across departments.

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic data entry/reporting tools.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Performance Expectations:

• Maintain consistent team productivity of minimum three luxury packs per hour.

• Achieve 100% compliance with packaging quality standards and transaction accuracy.

• Ensure timely completion of daily packing plans and order fulfillment goals.

**Pay Details:** $28.50 per hour
