    **Type of Position:** Direct Hire Contract (6 month with the posibility of extension and moving into a permanent new position after the contract is completed)

    Available Shifts:

    + 1st Shift 8:00 am – 4:30 pm M-F ($20.00/hr. to $23.00/hr.)

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

    + Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to meet productivity and accuracy goals

    + Train, coach, and support warehouse associates on procedures, equipment use, and safety standards

    + Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation, cycle counts, and system updates

    + Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and business deadlines

    + Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners

    + Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

    + Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and control costs

    + Communicate issues, staffing needs, and performance metrics to warehouse management

    + Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and basic administrative tasks as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    + At least one year of recent warehouse leadership experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to read and interpret work instructions
