    A Clinical Data Specialist role is now available through Adecco Medical and Science. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Study Coordinator in facilitating the Study in a specific Laboratory (Blood Pressure) in order to meet customer turn time and requests; to help ensure the Studies are performed to protocol(s) requirements; to ensure that the Studies meet requirements of the Quality System.

    **Position type:** 6-8 week temp/contract role

    **Location:** Chicago, IL

    **Work hours:** Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm

    **Pay range:** $40.00-43.00/hr. depending on your level of experience

    Job Responsibilities

    Expert in interpreting testing procedures and requirements for a laboratory.

     

    Expert in execution of studies within the labs and a mastery of skills necessary to perform role for that lab.

     

    Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities.

     

    Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs.

     

    Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.

     

    Ability to interface with clients.

     

    Assists in creation of study CRFs and match them to an EDC as required.

     

    Assists study coordinator/manager in tracking study demographics and data requirements.

     

    Can complete PD paperwork independently.

     

    If in the hypoxia lab, must be at least a CO-Ox Technician Level I certified.

    Qualifications

    Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

     

    Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.

     

    Statistics experience with the ability to recognize when decisions will affect the data used in statistical calculations and seek guidance from engineering and biostats and then apply course of action discussed.

     

    Basic Math with the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

     

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists.

     

    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
