We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support our Sr. Customer Service Manager and assist the sales teams and executive committee. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is organized, enjoys multitasking, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare and edit documents including correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
+ Manage spreadsheets and generate reports.
+ Monitor and direct website email inquiries.
+ Source, order, and manage inventory for business cards, POS materials, and other supplies.
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and company gatherings.
+ Greet and check in visitors at the front desk.
+ Handle daily invoicing procedures.
+ Assist with IFT registrations and meeting agendas.
+ Run local errands and maintain break room supplies.
+ Contribute to team projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
+ **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent.
+ **Experience:** No prior experience required; entry-level position.
+ **Skills:**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Problem-solving ability and accountability.
+ Commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
