Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Storeroom Attendant in Pooler, GA!

• Pay: $17 per hour

• Hours/schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm

+ Temporary 3+ months

+ Weekly paycheck

Job Summary

Storeroom Attendant is an individual contributor positioned within a customer’s location to fulfil daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of CLIENT’S inventory. They are responsible for maintaining a professional, clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities of Storeroom Attendant

-Hours Mon-Fri 7a-4p

-Will issue parts and materials.

-Will assist with cycle counting and inventory.

-Will use cell phone for issuing parts.

-Must be able to lift up to 50# unassisted.

- May walk over 2 miles daily during shift

-Customer service skills required.

-Steel toe shoes required.

-Dress code - jeans or khakis, no shorts or sweats, and a t-shirt or polo.

Qualifications

• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training

• Forklift

• Safety shoes

• Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents

• Basic computer knowledge

• Demonstration of basic mathematical skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment and goals.

• Demonstration of attention to detail and is safety minded.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• May be required to wear various forms of protective equipment (shoes, gloves, protective eyewear, etc.)

• May be required to pass warehouse equipment certifications (written and/or driving).

• Assigned work shifts may vary and/or rotate.

• Overtime may be required; extended day, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advanced notice.

• Must be able to handle and work physical inventory

• Other physical requirements including, regularly being required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, climb and balance.

• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus are required.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
