Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
**Location:** Largo, FL
**Shift:** 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Summary
Adecco is currently hiring a **Shipping & Receiving Coordinator** in **Largo, Florida** . This role is responsible for verifying, tracking, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as preparing, packing, and coordinating items for shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in warehouse and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assemble orders and verify accuracy against shipping documentation and customer orders.
+ Identify and report shortages, damages, or incomplete orders.
+ Select appropriate shipping containers and packing materials.
+ Operate standard manual and automated warehouse equipment.
+ Stack shipments on pallets and transport them to the shipping dock.
+ Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
+ Verify receipts against purchase orders and route materials to the appropriate department or storage location.
+ Process and schedule domestic and export shipments.
+ Create shipping and export documentation as required.
+ Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements for Consideration
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of **2 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience** .
+ Ability to multitask and work overtime as needed.
+ Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
+ Basic computer skills required.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from customers, colleagues, and business partners.
+ Basic math skills, including calculations and measurements.
+ Ability to identify basic problems, gather data, and draw logical conclusions.
+ Ability to lift **5–50 lbs** as required.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
