Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Broker Agent Service Senior Analyst opportunity. Responsibilities for a Broker Agent Service Analyst include but are not limited to:
+ Analyze and process new and existing agent requests related to Agent Lifecycle Management, including licensing, appointments, IDs, and contracting.
+ Own the onboarding process for assigned Employee and Vendor Telesales locations, ensuring agents reach “ready to sell” status.
+ Partner with Telesales Operations and Training teams to administer pre-licensing, exams, resident state licenses, notary, and fingerprinting processes.
+ Perform detailed reviews of submitted documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
+ Act as a liaison with producers, sales leaders, state Departments of Insurance, and the National Insurance Producer Registry.
+ Participate in business cycle initiatives such as AEP ramp-up, system testing, audits, background reviews, and exception processing.
+ Ensure all cases comply with internal policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations.
+ Identify risks, issues, and implement alternate solutions while contributing to internal quality and system enhancement efforts.
Candidates for Broker Agent Service Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production, auditing, or analyst role.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (filtering, formatting, formulas), and Outlook.
+ Experience working across multiple system platforms.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead or participate in meetings and presentations.
+ Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
+ Six Sigma or Lean training.
+ Experience in sales support, customer care, call center operations, or insurance-related roles (licensing, compliance, claims).
+ Experience working remotely or on virtual teams.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

**Pay Details:** $18.19 per hour
