    Production Team Leader

     

    Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a calm, organized environment? We’re looking for a **Production Team Leader** to guide a small team of 6–8 in a warehouse setting focused on quality and precision. This role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and steady-paced operations.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and work alongside a team to fulfill customer orders with care and accuracy.

    + Maintain inventory records and update databases.

    + Organize incoming deliveries and ensure proper storage.

    + Inspect products for quality and prepare them for packaging and shipping.

    + Communicate with management and resolve operational issues as they arise.

    + Provide friendly, professional customer service in-store, online, and over the phone.

    What We’re Looking For

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory control preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written work orders.

    + Basic computer skills (MS Office, database entry).

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

    + A team player who can lead, motivate, and organize others.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
