    Quality Control Technician I – 2nd Shift

    Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

    Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

    Position Summary

    The Quality Control Technician I is responsible for ensuring food products meet company quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. This role supports quality assurance processes through inspections, documentation, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a fast-paced food production environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct and document quality control inspections and controls

    + Perform employee inspections related to personal hygiene and GMP compliance

    + Collect samples for laboratory and sensory testing

    + Perform equipment calibration in accordance with QA procedures

    + Identify and report non-conformities to the QA Manager or QA Supervisor

    Qualifications & Experience

    + Demonstrates honesty, integrity, teamwork, accountability, and collaboration

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to successfully complete Food Manager Certification, HACCP training, and sous-vide training

    + Prior experience in a restaurant, food manufacturing, or sanitation environment is a plus

    + Exposure to food production audits, GMPs, and food safety standards preferred

    Education

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
