    Adecco is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of industrial properties across the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This role is responsible for building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Experience across multiple trades is required, along with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

     

    This is a full-time, hourly position reporting directly to a Regional Facilities Account Manager. A company van, basic tools, and uniform are provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform general handyman and maintenance work across facilities

    + Complete repairs and preventative maintenance in areas including carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, and roofing

    + Inspect buildings, sites, and equipment to identify repair or maintenance needs

    + Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, preventative maintenance, and facility assets

    + Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause and solution

    + Accurately document all work using a computer-based ticketing system

    Required Skills

    + Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliances, and grounds maintenance

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Proven ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues

    + Ability to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines

    + Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members

    Required Experience & Certifications

    + 3+ years of experience in building maintenance and/or facilities management

    + Experience coordinating with outside vendors and contractors (preferred)

    + Commercial electrical experience a plus, but not required

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Trade school preferred)

    + Valid driver’s license (subject to company driver requirements)

    + Ability to pass a background check

    + EPA Certification required

    + OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required

    Physical Demands & Working Conditions

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

    + Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

    + Work performed across multiple industrial facilities

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
