    Responsibilities for a Global Security Operations Center Operator include but are not limited to:

    • Monitor surveillance systems, access control, CCTV, and alarm systems while operating 24/7 emergency phone lines

    • Analyze, assess, and escalate threat intelligence, open-source data, and subscription-based intelligence related to global security risks

    • Respond to life safety incidents (medical, safety, natural disasters) and coordinate with security officers, facilities, police, fire, and EMS

    • Draft intelligence-driven reports and emergency mass notifications while maintaining professional communication across email, phone, chat, and radio systems

    Candidates for Global Security Operations Center Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience

    • 3+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field with proven threat intelligence and risk analysis experience

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills with ability to remain calm under pressure

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with security operations, access control, CCTV, or incident management systems preferred

    Additional Requirements:

    • Candidates must have threat intelligence experience including proactive defense, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making

    • Position relates to the physical safety of people; calm demeanor and ability to multitask are critical

    **Pay Details:** $36.64 per week
