Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a **Pharmacy Technician** for our client in **Indianapolis, IN** !
**Type:** 6-month contract, with potential for extension or potential for a full-time offer
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday 3:30 pm to 12 am with alternating weekends
**Pay:** $17.74 to $ 19.74/hr
**Location:** Onsite in Indianapolis, IN 46250
Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician:
Data Entry Technicians are responsible for the entry and processing of medication orders via Pharmacy’s operating system which includes:
• Reorder Requests
• Triaging or sorting incoming medication orders for processing according to delivery deadlines
• Processing of all new medication orders according to delivery deadlines, including controlled medications, leave of absence orders, and customer-configured order fulfillment
• All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPPA guidelines, State and Federal laws and current company policies and procedures.
Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician:
• High school diploma or GED
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of Indiana
• Previous data entry experience
• Knowledge of Brand/Generic medications and Sig codes
• Computer skills including MS Office applications
• Basic math skills
