Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a Customer Service Representative position in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity to further your existing customer service skills while learning new ones to support your professional growth. Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekly paycheck
Pay: $15.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support to internal employees and external customers
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to coordinate service-related activities
Process sales orders, returned material authorizations (RMAs), warranties, and shipping requests using internal systems
Receive customer product orders and ensure accurate processing through shipment
Utilize the Data Works system to manage sales orders, shipments, RMAs, warranty information, and generate reports
Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and contribute to quality standards across all activities
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 years of customer service or related experience
Ability to handle customer inquiries and support service-related processes accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality and compliance requirements
Flexibility to assist with international customer service when needed

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
