Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Machine Operator – Waterjet opportunities in Archdale, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to join a growing metal fabrication team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
• Operate waterjet and other fabrication machines
• Set up and run presses, saws, sanders, and related equipment
• Read and follow drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
• Create or modify basic 2D drawings using waterjet software
• Perform quality checks and audit work for accuracy
• Use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools safely
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Machine or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools
• Basic math, computer skills, and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses required

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per week
