    Responsibilities:

    + Perform mechanical and production assembly in a manufacturing environment.

    + Read and interpret blueprint assembly drawings, part lists, and wire lists.

    + Assemble components using small hand tools and select power tools, including drill presses.

    + Perform soldering tasks as required.

    + Follow work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.

    + Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 6 months to 1 year of related assembly experience and/or training.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings.

    + Experience using hand tools and basic power tools.

    + IPC-J-STD-001 / IPC-A-610 soldering experience preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.

    + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
