A Pharmacy Care Technician role is now available through Adecco Medical and Science. Pharmacy operations require timely and precise data entry to maintain workflow efficiency. This role reduces bottlenecks in prescription processing and supports pharmacists in focusing on clinical responsibilities.
**Position type:** Temp-hire
**Work hours:** Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-12:00am (with alternating weekends)
**Pay range:** $18.00-19.74/hr. depending on your level of experience
Job Responsibilities
Data Entry Technicians are responsible for the entry and processing of medication orders via Pharmacy’s operating system which includes:
• Reorder Requests
• Triaging or sorting incoming medication orders for processing according to delivery deadlines
• Processing of all new medication orders according to delivery deadlines, including controlled medications, leave of absence orders, and customer-configured order fulfillment
• All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPPA guidelines, State and Federal laws and current company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be a registered pharmacy technician in the applicable state
• Previous data entry experience is required
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• Knowledge of Brand/Generic medications and Sig codes required
• Knowledge of Framework or Docutrack a plus
• Moderate to advanced computer and typing skills required, including Microsoft Office applications
• Candidate must possess basic math skills

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.74 per hour
