Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Warehouse Associate in Pooler, GA!

• Pay: $20-$22 per hour

+ Monday – Fri 8am – 4:30pm

+ Weekly paycheck

Summary

CLIENT’s Warehouse Associates are individual contributors responsible for executing warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. Warehouse associates receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse. Ensures various warehousing operations including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Picking of parts, receiving, verifying packing slips

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience

• Forklift (stand up and sit down)

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• May walk over 2 miles daily during shift

• Customer service skills

• Steel toe shoes required

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents

• Basic computer knowledge

• Demonstration of basic mathematical skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment and goals.

• Demonstration of attention to detail and is safety minded.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• May be required to wear various forms of protective equipment (shoes, gloves, protective eyewear, etc.)

• May be required to pass warehouse equipment certifications (written and/or driving).

• Assigned work shifts may vary and/or rotate.

• Overtime may be required; extended day, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advanced notice.

• Must be able to handle and work physical inventory

• Other physical requirements including, regularly being required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, climb and balance.

• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus are required.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
