Staff Accountant (In-Office)
Compensation:$92,000–$100,000
Position Summary
Adecco is partnering with a leading wholesale produce supplier to find an experienced, detail-oriented **Staff Accountant** to work directly with Ownership and support all aspects of accounting operations. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage the monthly financial close, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded
+ Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
+ Maintain the general ledger
+ Reconcile bank accounts daily
+ Reconcile credit card statements
+ Maintain and reconcile fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and accrual schedules
+ Assist with tax return preparation and annual audit support
+ Identify and implement process improvements and system efficiencies
+ Support management with special projects and workflow improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
+ Strong knowledge of GAAP
+ Hands-on reconciliation experience (cash, capital leases, prepaids, accruals)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
+ QuickBooks Experienced
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits

**Pay Details:** $44.23 to $52.88 per hour
