**Project Manager** – Modernization & Upgrade Projects
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple Modernization & Upgrade and Inspection/Repair projects throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Strong communication and proactive client engagement are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage all aspects of multiple projects through execution and warranty phases
+ Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers; report status to senior management
+ Identify and mitigate risks impacting project success
+ Drive revenue and profit targets through successful project completion
+ Lead improvement initiatives tied to Risk Management, Cost, Quality, On-Time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction
+ Travel domestically or internationally for project execution and client meetings as required
Qualifications:
+ Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Project Management; PMI or equivalent certification preferred
+ 5+ years of recent project management or project lead experience
+ Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
+ Knowledge of steam turbine design, assembly, repair methods, BOM structures, and manufacturing processes preferred
**Pay Details:** $33.00 per hour
