As the Inclusion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

+ Assist in creating and conducting a training session for camp counselors

+ Assist with pre-season staff training

+ Mentor and model camp mission, practices, and procedures

+ Coordinate an assigned recreational program by providing instruction and modeling activities

+ Assist in designing new and creative recreation activities

+ Identify at risk children through observation and collaboration with counselors

+ Create plans to alleviate behavioral concerns when appropriate

+ Work with parents, external agencies, and staff to ensure any camp with special needs or conditions are having a successful time at Camp Scully

Inclusion Specialist Minimum Salary: $310.00 per week

Inclusion Specialist Maximum Salary: $350.00 per week

Must be able to live on site for the entire camp season (June-August)

Qualifications:

+ Associates Degree in Social Work, Child Development, or a related field

+ Experiences working with children with emotional or behavioral challenges

+ Organizational, planning, and time management skills

+ Experience working at a summer camp is preferred
