The Principal Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Principal Product Manager provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience.
_A high-performing, independent role dedicated to tackling cross-team, cross-functional technology and analytics problems in with a focus on innovation, action, and speed-to-market. Primary focus will be on ensuring complete and accurate diagnosis and follow up for our members. This role will work with 2-5 developers within our team on high-profile projects. Responsibilities will include partnering with the business, gathering requirements, developing project plan including resource needs, supervising project execution, hands-on development and analysis as appropriate, customer feedback loop, executive presentation. Critical skills include independent project management; data and analytics expertise with PowerBI, SQL, cloud; cross-functional collaboration; presentations; and strategy development_
+ Portfolio Leadership
+ Manage a clear, dynamic view of the analytics portfolio across teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise and program objectives.
+ Work with internal stakeholders to assess new requests and initiatives, helping guide decisions about what to pursue, defer, or escalate.
+ Collaborate with other analytics leaders to ensure coordinated execution and clear ownership of deliverables.
+ Partnership & Engagement
+ Serve as a key liaison with partners in Risk Adjustment and other enterprise teams to align priorities, communicate progress, and surface opportunities for joint problem-solving.
+ As a thought-leader translate new/emerging program needs into actionable analytics or innovation opportunities.
+ Showcase analytics capabilities and product portfolio driving higher utilization and more effective partner engagement.
+ Strategy & Innovation
+ Hands-on development of rapid solutions for cross-team analytics needs
+ Facilitate forward-looking planning across our team, including technology needs, capability development, and identification of investments.
+ Support cross-functional and cross-program projects and incubate both new solutions and ways of working.
The Principal Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies. Advises one or more areas, programs or functions and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance, and as an advanced subject matter expert competent to work at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ 10+ years of technical experience, or equivalent
+ 2-5 years of project/people leadership
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver product outcomes aligned with enterprise strategy
+ Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and measure outcomes through KPIs or defined success metrics.
+ Team player, with the ability to mentor others to maximize collaboration.
+ Comfortable working in a consensus and matrix driven environment.
+ Proven hands-on experience delivering analytics results via PowerBI or similar
+ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience synthesizing technical deliverables for business partner and executive audiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically, lead teams, and drive innovation in analytics including adoption of new technologies like AI.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s or Doctorate’s degree
+ Experience with analytics for Medicare

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$150,000 - $206,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
