Summary:
The Product Owner II is responsible for driving the sequencing, building, and evaluation of Features/solutions and delivering those solutions for Treasury Management Servicing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Work collaboratively with Product Manager, Architect, and Agile team to ensure transition from Feature Definition to build.
+ Provide focused attention on value delivery and continuous improvement.
+ Help drive a spirit of continuous improvement and delivery of value within team.
+ Ensure and help organization of Story Mapping sessions.
+ Ensure team understanding of vision/problem statement.
+ Build understanding of Value Stream structure and associated Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
+ Ensure cross impacted stakeholders and teams are identified and engaged in solution discussions.
+ Manage impact assessment timelines and negotiate priorities with Agile team and cross impact teams
+ Manage Team Backlog and define Sprint Goals.
+ Provide clarification and context for Development teams.
+ Validate User Story Acceptance Criteria meets business needs.
+ Ensure completed User Stories meet Acceptance Criteria.
+ Validate Feature completeness prior to decomposition.
+ Drive validation of Feature priority and implementation timelines.
+ Document changes to Feature scope, prioritization, and requirements
+ Create and assign cards to manage Feature Definition using appropriate tools.
+ Manage leadership expectations of Agile Team.
+ Explain business needs and value being delivered to teams to ensure understanding.
+ Ensure all data for assigned product line is complete and captured accurately within all delivery tools.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Product Development, or Product Owner role.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) 1 or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner
+ Experience working with cross functional teams using Agile Delivery frameworks and driving the development and launch of a new product.
+ Experience writing Epics and Features and using Story Mapping.
+ Understanding of or exposure to Agile Delivery governance.
+ Customer Service experience
+ Experience using Salesforce

Compensation Range:
$63,000 - $124,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
