Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Juno Beach, Florida. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing research, reputation management, and analytics to support business objectives and drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating across departments, presenting actionable insights, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee an insights roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.

• Design and implement standardized methods for analyzing public opinion trends nationwide.

• Manage and recommend customized research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, text analytics, and sentiment analysis.

• Prepare and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations that inspire action and provide meaningful insights to internal stakeholders.

• Assist in the creation of audience personas and develop digital targeting strategies based on research findings.

• Craft compelling narratives using diverse data sources, including behavioral data, qualitative and quantitative studies, and syndicated research.

• Utilize advanced research tools and methodologies to execute comprehensive research projects.

• Provide actionable recommendations to business units and stakeholders to support decision-making.

• Manage relationships with multiple vendors to ensure efficient execution of research initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, marketing research, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in conducting complex operational and statistical analyses.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate client needs, and develop solutions.

• Experience in designing and executing research methodologies, including surveys and polling.

• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using analytical tools.

• Background in audience targeting and persona development.

• Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
