Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cooper City, Florida. This is a contract position requiring on-site presence during standard banking hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate will excel at managing administrative tasks and supporting financial document processes while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and scan documents to ensure accurate and efficient file management.

• Coordinate the retrieval and request of financial documents, including tax returns, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank statements.

• Conduct outreach to members as needed to support administrative processes.

• Track and follow up on post-loan closing requirements, such as recorded documents.

• Utilize third-party vendor portals to upload and retrieve necessary files.

• Support daily administrative operations to ensure seamless workflow.

• Respond to inbound calls and provide thorough assistance to inquiries.

• Maintain accurate data entry and document records for financial and lending activities.

• Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance or related roles.

• Strong skills in managing financial data and supporting commercial lending processes.

• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records.

• Ability to handle receptionist duties and answer inbound calls professionally.

• Familiarity with retrieving and uploading documents via vendor portals.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication skills to handle member outreach and follow-ups.
