Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and visualization. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights using SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from relational databases

+ Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

+ Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and clear visualizations

+ Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making

+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports

+ Collaborate with business partners, data engineers, and other analysts to define metrics and KPIs

+ Document processes, logic, and reporting standards as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role

+ Strong proficiency in SQL

+ Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI

+ Experience working with large datasets and relational databases

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, data modeling)

+ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts

+ Experience supporting business users across multiple departments

+ Exposure to Python or R for data analysis (a plus)
