• IT Project Manager

    Description

    Our company is seeking a Contract IT Project Manager to drive key technology initiatives for our Atlanta-based clients. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT implementations and upgrades.

    + Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to establish requirements and manage deliverables.

    + Oversee project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful completion.

    + Lead Agile project teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and promote iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

    + Ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Report regularly on project status, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proven experience managing IT projects in a contract or consulting capacity.

    + Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile (such as Scrum or Kanban) and Waterfall.

    + Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Familiarity with project management software/tools.

    + Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive projects to successful outcomes.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master), PMP, or similar certification.

    + Experience working with diverse technology stacks and enterprise systems.
