    Lead Advisor – Wealth Management

    The Role

     

    As a Lead Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior advisors and managing client relationships. This position requires strong financial planning knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You’ll act as a strategic partner, manage projects, and help deliver tailored financial plans and investment strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as a high-level project manager and client liaison

    + Build customized financial plans and investment strategies

    + Participate in client meetings and manage follow-up actions

    + Oversee client onboarding and strengthen relationships

    + Manage CRM, client communications, and operational workflow

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 3–6+ years in wealth management with experience in financial planning and client strategy

    + Familiarity with Schwab and Orion preferred; eMoney, Redtail, AssetMark experience a plus

    + Bachelor’s degree required; CFP®, ChFC®, or similar credentials preferred

    + Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills

    + Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
